Priced at just US three dollars each, an initial run of 10,000 Starblind comics will be published on the Polygon blockchain. These NFTs (Non Fungible Tokens) will offer nine tiers of rarity, uniquely generated designs, and many more benefits, with the intention of drawing users into the shared creation of the largest collaborative story universe ever envisioned.

Blockchain technology is a key facet in the development of Starblind, by enabling every cartoon character, image or page in the comic to be uniquely registered as an NFT and become a collectible asset for fans.
The uniqueness of hand-drawn cartoons supports the personalisation of the work produced by creators and allows them to benefit from their work and earn a reward by trading NFTs on auction websites such as OpenSea.
Easy access is key to the potential success of Starblind: from its low price of US$3 to the simplicity of purchasing directly via WhatsApp or Telegram. Unique technology further simplifies the process by removing the need for access to a Metamask digital wallet, or in-depth knowledge of cryptocurrency. Since each comic is an NFT, users receive a new wallet integrated within the chat app, making the experience seamless and user-friendly. From this wallet, users can send the comic to their own Metamask wallet, if they prefer.

Key features of the collector’s experience with Starblind include:
- Mystery Package: The comic is delivered in an opaque bag, providing a title and issue number, but with its rarity remaining a surprise.
- Unveiling the Tier: Unpacking is easy via a chat app or website, or by using popular digital wallets such as Metamask and Coinbase. Upon unpackaging, the comic’s TIER is revealed, ranging from Common, Uncommon, Rare and Epic to Legendary. Each subsequent tier is approximately 50% rarer than the previous one.
- Exclusive Special Tiers: There are four additional special tiers: Divine, Mystic, Rainbow, and Apocalyptic. These are only obtainable through the process of Forging.
- Reading the Comic: A special app has been created to provide easy access to the comic’s content.
