The Bitcoin price held firmly above $67,000 after the recent rebound. The Bitcoin price was up by 1.75%, reaching $67,129.10 at the time of writing on Friday, March 8. On the other hand, it’s trading volume plunged by 32.72% to $44.65 billion in the last 24 hours. Meanwhile, the crypto boasted a market cap of $1.31 trillion.
Turning to altcoins, the Ethereum price gained 3.17% to $3,901.20 at press time with a market valuation of $468.61 billion. Whilst, ETH saw its trading volume slump by 36.46%, reaching $21.70 billion. Meanwhile, the Binance Coin (BNB) price surged by 9.69%, reaching $470.13. In addition, its 24-hour trade volume rose by 7.68% to $3.51 billion.
The Solana price sustained above the $140 level. The Solana price was up by 4.22%, settling at $144.54 On the contrary, SOL witnessed a 1.01% dip in trade volume to $5.97 billion in the last 24 hours. Whilst, the XRP price extended beyond $0.62 amid the rebound. The XRP price recorded a gain of 1.31%, reaching $0.6268. However, XRP’s trading volume dipped by 23.05% to $2.17 billion.
Meanwhile, the Cardano price increased by 0.63% to $0.7391 today. Whilst, ADA recorded a 29.69% decline in its 24-hour trading volume, settling at $848.08 million. Floki (FLOKI), a renowned dog-faced meme coin, recorded an impeccable surge of 35% and ranked as the top crypto gainer today. The FLOKI price soared by 35.16% to $0.0001705 at the time of reporting.
