The Bitcoin price was up by 0.20% reaching $67,777.31 at the time of writing on Saturday, April 5. On the other hand, it’s trading volume slumped by 9.72% to $31.67 billion in the last 24 hours. Whilst, the crypto boasted a market capitalization of $1.33 trillion.
Looking at altcoins, the Ethereum price gained 0.96% to $3,329.84 at press time with a market valuation of $399.74 billion. Whilst, ETH saw its trading volume drop by 5.18%, reaching $13.87 billion. Meanwhile, the Binance Coin (BNB) price gained 1.41%, reaching $584.09. in addition, its 24-hour trade volume plunged by 16.60% to $1.77 billion.
The Solana price continued trading below the $180 mark today. The Solana price declined 0.60%, settling at $176.12. In contrast, SOL witnessed a whopping 100.65% surge in trade volume to $8.37 billion in the last 24 hours. Whilst, the XRP price rebounded and exceed above the $0.59 level. The XRP price recorded a gain of 1.25%, reaching $0.5918. On the other hand, XRP’s trading volume slipped 35.20% to $1.39 billion.
Meanwhile, the Cardano price rose 1.79% to $0.5817 today. Whilst, ADA recorded a 10.58% decline in its 24-hour trading volume, settling at $417.09 million. As the top crypto prices experienced a mixed action today, the meme coin arena witnessed a surge. The Dogecoin price surged by 5.06% to $0.182 while its rival, Shiba Inu price gained by 1.97% and traded at $0.00002726.

The Pepe Coin (PEPE) crypto, a popular Solana meme coin, lost little value today. At press time, the Pepe Coin price was down by 0.36% to $0.000006716 with a market valuation of $2.82 billion. In addition, the 24-hour trade volume for PEPE plunged 23.51% to $390.42 million.
Core Rallies 12%
Core (CORE), which is an EVM-compatible L1 project, recorded an impeccable surge of over 12% and ranked as the top crypto gainer today. The Core price was up by 12.13% to $2.63 at the time of reporting. Moreover, its trade volume jumped by 17.03% and stood at $363.73 million. Furthermore, the Core crypto recorded a high of $2.84 amid the rally today.
