Coordinape is the Web3 platform used by DAOs to easily and fairly distribute resources to contributors. The tools cam be used to manage grants, salaries, and projects so that everyone involved can participate in rewarding and incentivizing each contribution.
I first used Coordinape with CRE8R DAO, and the payments from the clients were fairly shared to all the contributors. The budget was shared to the CRE8Rs after a round of “GIVE” sharing, and everyone received a payment that matched the work.
The process was innovative because users can transparently reward the value they see created in an organization. The reward-giving process is lean and allows anyone to quickly weight-in. What are Gives? GIVE is the token that represents a portion of the set budget. The allocation of capital throughout various Epochs will be determined by the amount of GIVE a member receives.
Coordinape keeps innovating the Cryptoverse, with the integration of CoSoul. The free-to-mint soulbound NFT will grant you access and reputation into untold web3 worlds! The NFT cannot be sent or traded, and will change based on the overall activity of the user. The NFT is created and gets shape from all attributes earned through real-world web3 collaboration, starting with Public GIVE, an aggregation score of your experience in Coordinape
Don’t worry about gwei and crazy gas fees as CoSoul is minted on Optimism. I was looking forward to mint my avatar, and was hoping that my Coordinape activity will generate something cool.
The amazing part is that the CoSoul will sync with Coordinape on a monthly basis, and will bring the work history on chain, as public elements of your future of work persona! Is this still Non-Fungible or is a new generation of token?
I used the tool since 2021 and participated in 32 epochs across 6 organizations. I shared five thousands gives for CRE8R DAO, SuperUMAns, Index Coop, PoolTogether, and made 25 contributions along the way.
Drum roll please as I changed the network to Optimism and pressed the mint button! I was as anxious as a five years old when opening a Kinder egg!
